At Mystery Guides Treasure Hunts, we want you to feel as confident in your apparel as you do on your next adventure. If your treasure hunt gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original mystery-themed tags attached before placing them in the original shipping bag.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5 to 7 business days.
